Cancel within 10 days by returning the instrument to us in new condition.

Cancel your Lease-to-Own agreement at any time with no further obligation to complete the payments by returning the instrument to us in new condition.

Rentals are paid up front for the duration of the rental period. No mid-term returns or refunds.
Do you offer damage protection with this payment plan?
Purchase
Damage protection is not available once an instrument is purchased. However, AirGlows are shipped from Stratos tested and free of known defects.
You will need to coordinate any repairs yourself.
Lease-TO-OWN
Yes, we offer optional, monthly damage protection for an added, low monthly fee.
Rent
Yes, we offer optional damage protection with your rental that covers the instrument for the entire rental period.
Do you offer any type of additional damage protection after I own the instrument?
No, but instruments can be insured under homeowners or renter's insurance, though it's important to find out coverage details. These policies have a limit for the home's total property damage and may have a limit per item. The per-item coverage may be lower than your musical instrument costs.
What if my instrument is damaged?

You can return the damaged instrument to us for repair for a fee or take it to another shop for repair.
Lease-TO-OWN
If you have damage protection then we will repair the instrument free of charge (assuming the type of damage is covered under the protection plan).
If you do not have damage protection, then we would repair the instrument and you would be responsible for paying for the repair.
Rent
If you have damage protection then we will repair the instrument free of charge (assuming the type of damage is covered under the protection plan).
If you do not have damage protection, then we would repair the instrument and you would be responsible for paying for the repair.
Do my payments apply toward ownership on this plan?

Yes, if you purchase your instrument then you will own it instantly after payment is made successfully.
Lease-TO-OWN
Yes, after you have completed 12 payments successfully then you will own the instrument you are Leasing-to-Own.
Rent
Yes, we allow you to apply 100% of your rental fee toward the purchase of the instrument(s) you are renting.
